BBVA Consumer Digital Banking Products
PRODUCT DESIGN, UX RESEARCH
UX Lead for product design of core consumer money management workflows. The project was focused on lean generative design and research sprints that envisioned new banking experiences that would become a “white label” core software experience that adapts to different banks.

As in-house Creative Director at George Lucas Education Foundation I made a place for UX where none had existed. I modernized the approach to the website and set a foundation for future transformation. Radically improved traffic to and discoverability of a wider variety of content with new information architecture, refreshed visual design and created responsive component system.
